At HA&W we take your safety, and that of our colleagues, very seriously. Throughout the pandemic, we have abided by government guidelines and continue to do so as the UK progresses its roadmap out of lockdown.
To help ensure our working environment is a safe one, HA&W has teamed up with NHS Test and Trace to join their “We Offer Testing to Our Staff” scheme.
Our staff have been issued lateral flow test kits and will be undertaking regular tests. We will, of course, follow government guidelines on isolation where a positive test is received.
While the quality service we offer has not been affected by remote working or the move to video meetings, we are keen to welcome you back to the office. We plan to do so on 21 June.
We will be happy to book meetings on your premises, at your request, from 17 May.
We have also turned our meeting room into a connected conference room. This means that from 21 June you can visit our office for a meeting and have a family member or professional contact dial-in remotely.
Ensuring the safety of the office environment is a priority and we are taking all necessary steps to protect our staff and visitors.
The HA&W office is currently at half capacity to ensure we can follow social distancing rules. We are keeping up to date on the progress of the vaccine rollout and will increase office attendance as we head toward reopening.
We are also undertaking regular cleaning and hand sanitising. Staff perform temperature checks each morning and we have installed Plexiglas dividers between desks.
