HA&W are a boutique firm of Chartered Financial Planners, providing financial advice and oversight of pensions & investments.  New clients are provided with a complete financial planning review, based around lifetime financial modelling techniques. We arrange products and services where necessary and are usually engaged to provide ongoing planning, advice and investment oversight. We have around 300 ongoing individual clients and provide services to a smaller number of businesses/organisations. We are a small but growing team focused on great client outcomes.

The Role:

Technical Administrator within our client care team working alongside our two senior administrators at the core of our client relationships. You will act as an initial point of contact for clients and take responsibility for all areas of their administration including communications with product providers. You will have some experience in a similar role.

You will have great attention to detail and a focus on getting the task completed right first time, with a consistent focus on great client outcomes. You will find it comes naturally to do the right thing, even if it isn’t the easy option.

The Requirements and Experience

  • GSCE in English and Maths or can demonstrate working to this level
  • Holds a CII qualification or willing to work towards a CII Award level qualification or higher (or equivalents)
  • Experience of maintaining a client database
  • Ability to use computer software and technology including being comfortable with video conferencing
  • Knowledge of the purpose & technical content of financial services products & services
  • Broad understanding of the sector and regulation.
